Morsy is a mobile app that analyzes WhatsApp conversations exported by the user to provide insights about compatibility, communication patterns, red flags and romantic interest.

By creating an account or using Morsy, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

MoMaLabs may modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes at least 15 days in advance.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Morsy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By using Morsy, you agree to:

• •Not upload conversations of third parties without their consent.
• •Not use the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
• •Not attempt to access or modify other users' data.
• •Not use the service to harass, manipulate or harm others.
• •Not attempt to bypass the app's security mechanisms.

Violations may result in permanent suspension or deletion of your account.

Morsy's analyses are generated for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute psychological, relational, therapeutic or any other professional advice.

Morsy analyzes text patterns, not people. MoMaLabs is not responsible for decisions made based on the analyses.

Morsy offers a freemium model:

• •Free plan: access to a limited number of analyses per month.
• •Premium plan: unlimited analyses and advanced features.

Subscription is managed through Google Play Store and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoMaLabs is not liable for:

• •Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
• •Inaccuracies in generated analyses.
• •Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control.
• •Decisions made based on analysis results.

You may cancel your account at any time from the app or at morsy.app/delete-account. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for already-paid subscription periods.

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
