MoMaLabs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

Purposes: to provide the WhatsApp conversation analysis service, manage your account and authentication, improve experience and security, communicate with you about the service when necessary, and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests as permitted under the GDPR.

When you use Morsy, we may collect the following personal data:

• •Account information: name and email, obtained via Google Sign-In.
• •WhatsApp conversations: temporarily uploaded for analysis. Automatically deleted once complete.
• •Analysis results: compatibility, red flags, communication patterns and romantic interest. Saved in your history.
• •Usage data: app interactions, processed in aggregate and anonymized form.
• •Subscription information: managed by Google Play. We do not store payment data.

We use your data solely to:

• •Provide the conversation analysis service.
• •Manage your account and subscription.
• •Send you service communications (you can opt out at any time).
• •Improve the service in an aggregated, anonymized way.
• •Comply with our legal obligations.

Conversations you upload to Morsy are processed securely and in encrypted form to generate the analysis. Once complete, the conversation is automatically deleted from our systems.

We use third-party technology for processing. These providers do not use your data to train their models and retain API data for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.

WhatsApp conversations are automatically deleted from our servers as soon as the analysis is complete. This process is automatic and irreversible.

We only retain analysis results in your personal history within the app.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Security measures include:

• •Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
• •Encryption at rest of stored data.
• •Strict role-based access control.
• •Regular security audits and reviews.

Processing of your personal data is based on:

• •Your explicit consent when creating an account (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• •The performance of the service contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• •Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• •Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data.
• •Restriction: limit the processing of your data.

We retain your data for the minimum time necessary:

• •WhatsApp conversations: deleted immediately after analysis.
• •Analysis results: retained while your account is active.
• •Account data (name, email): retained while your account is active.
• •Billing records: minimum 5 years by legal obligation.
• •Technical logs: anonymized and deleted within 90 days.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the following service providers:

• •Supabase, Inc. — data storage (EU servers).
• •Google LLC — authentication (Google Sign-In) and distribution (Google Play).
• •RevenueCat — in-app subscription management.

Morsy is not intended for users under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at morsy@momalapps.com.

We will notify you of any material changes at least 15 days in advance via the app or email.
